You pronounce certain sounds in a different way to other people. It may also be that you leave certain sounds out completely. As a result, other people may understand you less well. When we speak, we need different muscles to do so. Muscles like the tongue and those of the mouth, for example. The reason for this disorder is probably that your speaking muscles are not working together properly.
