No, it's not required. However, certain features like submitting reports to HIS.bg needs a Qualified Electronic Signature connected.

There’s no limit on the number of users you can add to your team. The more, the merrier!

You fully own your data. If you decide to stop using Medentic, we will give you access to download all your data, including patient records in CSV format. Please note, access to download data is provided for 3 business days before it is permanently deleted.

We back up the entire database every 10 minutes and perform a full daily backup, which is kept for 10 days before being securely deleted.
