F45.2: Hypochondriacal disorder
You have a mental disorder. With this disorder the person is convinced that they are physically ill, even though there is no medical reason behind it. For example, the person may think that they have a serious physical illness or that their body is deformed. The person is usually extremely preoccupied by their own body and possible symptoms. They can then even take normal physical reactions for indications of an illness.
