Sedatives have a tranquilizing effect. Sedatives include, for example, the benzodiazepine group. Sleeping pills help people to sleep. Sleeping pills include, for example, the barbiturates class of drugs.
You have consumed so many sedatives or sleeping pills that you have damaged your physical and mental health. Another disorder may have developed as a result of the sedatives or sleeping pills.
