Z50: Care involving use of rehabilitation procedures

Z50.7: Occupational therapy and vocational rehabilitation, not elsewhere classified

Rehabilitation measures aim to help a person resume their normal everyday life. This may be useful when someone has been in hospital, or had a chronic illness, for a long time. This may take place in a rehab center, for example. Another option is to attend a day-care center while spending the night at home. Rehabilitation measures may also include different types of exercise.

Particular measures have been taken with you so that you can participate in working life. Participating in working life itself can have a positive effect on other illnesses.
