Fluid and minerals are lost through the skin due to sweating as a result of extreme heat. This can cause health problems. You can experience nausea and vomiting, for example. You might get headaches. Your blood pressure may also be lower than usual. You may also pass out.
Extreme heat can also cause weakness. You can then be more lethargic and tired than usual. You may also be less able to concentrate.
