Carbon monoxide is a colorless and odorless gas. It is produced when things do not burn completely, for example. In a mild case of carbon monoxide poisoning, you may be tired and have a headache. You may also feel dizzy and have a harder time breathing. In a severe case of carbon monoxide poisoning, you may lose consciousness and have convulsions.
