The X chromosome and the Y chromosome determine a person’s biological gender. Men normally have one X chromosome and one Y chromosome. Women normally have 2 X chromosomes.
You have 1 X chromosome and 2 Y chromosomes and have male sexual characteristics.
If you have one X chromosome and 2 Y chromosomes, you can have special characteristics of the face. These include low set ears. You may also be especially tall. You may additionally have problems with speaking and movement. There may also be mental symptoms.
