N39: Other disorders of urinary system
N39.2: Orthostatic proteinuria, unspecified
There are normally 2 kidneys in the body. They filter blood and create urine. They thus help to detoxify the body. Furthermore, the kidneys regulate the blood pressure and salt content in the blood, among other things. Only certain substances are emitted via urine to detoxify the body. Proteins are usually only excreted in small amounts via the urine. Your body has been excreting too much protein in the urine. You mainly excrete more protein when you stand or walk for a long time. In most cases this is not in itself a sign of disease.
