L87.1: Reactive perforating collagenosis
The papules can be as small as pinheads or larger. Each papule has an indentation in the middle. Hard plugs sit firmly on the papules. The papules can heal after a while. They then leave scars behind.
The papules are mainly on the backs of the arms and the fronts of the legs.
This skin condition causes certain components of the skin to break down differently than usual. The exact cause of this is not yet known.
