L44.4: Infantile papular acrodermatitis [Giannotti-Crosti]
The red papules that appear with this disease are about as big as lentils. Small blisters may form, too. The red papules are mainly found on the cheeks and arms and legs. However, it can also affect other areas of the body such as the buttocks.
Other symptoms such as a mild fever or nausea may also occur. In some cases, lymph nodes or the liver can also enlarge.
One of the things that can cause this condition is viruses. The condition can also occur after vaccination. It can go away on its own after a while.
