L43.2: Lichenoid drug reaction
You have lichen planus. With this condition, the body’s own immune system is often not working properly. In your case, medication or drugs have caused this condition. Your skin has become inflamed as result.
Typically, flat bumps or papules with a reddish color appear on the skin. These areas can be itchy. You often see a lacy, white pattern on the bumps.
The condition can affect the entire skin.
The bumps often fade away again after one to two years.
