F60: Specific personality disorders
F60.5: Anankastic personality disorder
Everyone has personal characteristics that are deeply rooted. The personality involves certain patterns: how one things, feels and behaves. Personal characteristic patterns can exist that can cause problems in one’s work and social environment. This usually happens when behavioral patterns and thought patterns differ greatly from those of the majority of the population.
Your personality has changed. With this, one usually has expectations of oneself that are too high to be achieved. One may have more doubt and be exaggeratedly conscientious. One wants to do everything perfectly. This may appear obsessive. One may also insist that others adapt to one’s own habits. One likes to plan in advance and stick exactly to that plan. One may also tend to engage with trivial issues.
