F25.1: Schizoaffective disorder, depressive type
You have a mental disorder. Your thoughts or perception have also changed. You may then also misjudge reality. For example, you may think that you are being persecuted. You may also have sensory illusions. For example, you then hear or see things that are not really there. Your own thoughts might keep changing or be disconnected. You may also have other symptoms.
You may be depressive. Your mood is then down. You feel very low, for example, and you stop enjoying things. You may feel exhausted and find everyday activities harder than before. You can lose interest in things which you previously enjoyed. They may also be finding it harder to concentrate and they may have lost confidence in themselves.
