F02.0: Dementia in Pick disease
Certain areas at the front of your brain have shrunk. The brain tissue there is no longer working properly. As a result, you may have a range of symptoms. One often gradually loses one’s inhibitions, saying or doing things that may cause embarrassment. This can cause problems with other people. One’s personality can also change. One does things that one would not previously have done. It is often difficult to remember the right word for something. One can also feel particularly depressed or particularly euphoric. When the disease progresses later on, the memory and orientation may get worse.
