Copper is needed in the body for various processes. For example, copper is needed for the cells to be able to work well. In your case, copper is not being properly distributed in your body. So for example, copper can be deposited in the intestines, brain, liver or eyes. The copper can damage the tissue in those organs. As a result, you may have various symptoms. The liver or brain can no longer work properly. As a result, you may have problems when speaking or not be able to move properly.
There are various diseases that cause you to be unable to utilize copper properly. These diseases are congenital – one is born with them.
