E61: Deficiency of other nutrient elements
E61.3: Manganese deficiency
Manganese is important for our body. Manganese is particularly contained in green vegetables, fruit, nuts, cinnamon and wholegrain foods. We normally absorb sufficient manganese in our food. It is very rare to have insufficient manganese in the body. As a result, not much is yet known about manganese deficiency.
