Vitamins are substances the body needs for many tasks. The body is unable produce most vitamins by itself. These vitamins must be taken in through food. There are various B vitamins. These are distinguished with successive numbers.
You may have taken insufficient vitamin B with your food. In some situations, your body needs more vitamin B than normally. You can then take additional vitamin B by injection or as tablets.
If you have insufficient vitamin B in your body, you may have various symptoms. The skin on your hands or feet may feel numb. You may feel feeble or your skin may appear pale. The lining of your stomach may also be inflamed.
