Stanislav (Slav) Stankov is an experienced product leader and technologist with over a decade of experience building, scaling, and advising technology-driven businesses across global markets. He has led product initiatives at companies such as Upwork, Microsoft, and Xero, combining strategic vision with a hands-on approach to execution, innovation, and growth.
As an entrepreneur, Stanislav co-founded and led multiple digital ventures from concept to exit. Most notably, he was part of the founding team of Rush, a Shopify post-purchase SaaS solution acquired by UK-based Shop Circle in 2024 (source). His entrepreneurial journey has given him a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and go-to-market strategy to scaling operations and building sustainable business models.
In recent years, Stanislav has focused on the intersection of AI and product development, exploring how agentic workflows, automation, and data-driven intelligence can enhance decision-making and customer experience. He builds products that integrate AI into everyday operations, emphasizing adaptability, security, and long-term business value.
